Ingredients
400 ml milk of your choice (unsweetened or regular)
320 ml water
7 g agar-agar
3 tablespoons freshly ground coffee
2 tablespoons stevia sweetener
Preparation
Start by putting the ground coffee in a saucepan, add 240 ml of water, turn on the heat and warm the mixture without letting it boil; then turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Put the agar-agar in a small bowl, add 80 ml of water, stir with a spoon to dissolve the agar-agar and set aside for a moment.
Next, pour the milk into a saucepan, strain it, and add the previously prepared coffee. Incorporate the agar-agar mixture, whisk to combine, turn on the heat, bring to a boil, add the stevia sweetener, and stir.
Finally, pour the mixture into paper baking cups placed in a silicone mold and refrigerate for 2 hours to set; then unmold the cakes onto a plate and serve.
